Shipping/Return Policy
SHIPPING:
Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. All orders are shipped with a tracking number. You can track your package via the USPS website at https://www.usps.com/manage/welcome.htm.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen please contact us so we can assist you with filing a claim, or help locating your package.
RETURNS:
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact The Trendhouse within 5 business days of receiving your shipment.
Please ship merchandise back to the address found on the original shipping label. Returned items will receive store credit only. Items must be returned within 5 days of notifying us of a return. We HIGHLY recommend shipping your return with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that do not make it back to us. The Trendhouse does not reimburse shipping costs for returned items.
Please note, in order for a return to be processed, the clothing item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached. Shoes must be returned in their original box without any signs of wear, or damage to the box.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed.
DEFECTIVE:
If you receive defective merchandise, please contact us within two business days so we can correct the issue. Otherwise, the merchandise cannot be returned. We will gladly ship out a duplicate if we have the item in stock. If we do not have the item in stock, you can either choose another item of equal value or receive a store credit to use toward a future purchase.
FINAL SALE:
All sale or clearance items, swimwear, jewelry, undergarments and Black Friday items are FINAL sale and cannot be returned.
